Syrian rebels in Homs pessimistic about Geneva peace talks

Syrian rebels in the only part of Homs city still held by the opposition have little hope about renewed peace talks in Geneva.

There has been an increase in attacks this week in the besieged district of Al Waer.

A new attempt by the UN to get aid into the area has failed.
